Service update :

Saturday 29th August: 9am – 5pm (Limited London postcode deliveries and collections)
Sunday 30th August: 10am – 2pm (Collections only)

Monday 31st August: Closed

Regular operating hours will resume on Tuesday 1st September 2026.

Please note that during and immediately after the bank holiday weekend deliveries may experience delays depending on the patient’s location, payment timing and stock availability. Exceptions apply, and we appreciate your forbearance around medication shortages and any courier delays.

Emergency Supplies: For urgent medication needs during the Bank Holiday Weekend, patients have the option to request emergency supplies from any UK pharmacy. By presenting a current or old prescription, or the packaging of the prescription medicine, patients may be able to obtain the necessary medication at the pharmacist’s discretion, exception apply.
