1. Open the Pharmacierge Royal Mail Booking Page
2. Enter Your Pharmacierge Order Details
- Ignore 'Patient Returns' Box
- Select 'Prescription Collections' as the Returns Reason
3. Confirm Your Contact Details, and Preferred Collection Address
4. Confirm Weight and Size and Create Your Label
5. Select Return Method
- 'Book a collection' for pickup from your address or 'Print return label' to drop-off at a local Post Office or Royal Mail collection location
6. Select Size and Weight of the Item
- Recommended: Large Letter (Acceptable Up to Small Parcel),
up to 250g (Acceptable up to 500g)
7. Collection Name and Address
- Add your name of your clinic's name, then select 'Continue'.
8. Choose Your Collection Date and Create Your Label
- Select your preferred collection date
- Royal Mail's collection windows are set based on local routes
- Choose 'Yes' or 'No' depending on whether you'd like Royal Mail to bring the label.
- Select 'Add to Basket'.
9. Choose How to Create Your Label:
- Print at your clinic or at home
- Use a QR code at a Post Office to print labels
- Request Royal Mail to print and bring the label at collection
10. Confirm Your Email to Receive Booking Confirmation and Tracking Details
- Enter your email address.
- Confirm the 'terms and conditions' boxes.
